Our Youth Support Aides play an essential role in daily life with Firm Foundation Youth Homes at Gigi’s Cottage. These team members are flexible, self-directed, and strong problem solvers. They assist the House Supervisors in meeting the material, physical, spiritual, emotional, and behavioral needs of each child in the home.
